These courses are flexible. You can start when you want.
Suggestions: Do one or two modules per week and finish this course in 8 to 16 weeks. You have two years of access to the materials and Vivian's help and feedback.
Most students need around 5 hours per week to complete one module. This time investment depends on your personal factors. 

Both! Work through the lectures at your own pace. If you do 2 modules per week, you finish the A1 and A2 course in 8 weeks. You can take less or more time. Take all the time you need. Any questions or do you want feedback? Your teacher Vivian is the host of the online community and is happy to help you!
 You'll get videos, audio, worksheets, games, quizzes and assignments. You'll get my feedback on pronunciation, speaking skills and writing skills. In this video, I show you a preview.

The DIY package and DIYPLUS package are 100% flexible. You can learn Dutch whenever you want. The difference is that you'll get feedback on your writing/speaking skills and pronunciation by Vivian if you get the DIYPLUS package. You can submit speaking/writing assignments and Vivian will send you her feedback (text/voice message).
The DIY package is without this personalized feedback. When you join the DIY course, you'll still get exercises to work on speaking, writing, listening and reading skills (as well as grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary, etc.). These will be corrected by the system.

This is something for you if you need something flexible instead of a fixed schedule. You want to decide your own pace because of your goal to pass the exam. You don't want to be hold back by the pace of other students and you don't want to feel overwhelmed in a class room.

This course is NOT for you if you want a regular course with multiple Zoom sessions per week with a fixed schedule.

After completing the A2 course, you're level will be at A2. That means, you're ready to prep for the exams by doing the practice exams from the government (inburgeren.nl) and with my A2 speaking exam prep essentials. This preparation will take a few days and then you're ready for the exams. 
Any information about KNM is not included in the course.
As a former assessor for the integration exam, I know what you need to get to level A2 and ultimately pass the exams.
 

Yes! After completing the course, you'll get a certification of participation/completion so that you can prove you've took lessons.

Please note that any certificate from any school is not legit when it comes to proving you're at a certain level. The only way you can do this is by taking an official exam by DUO. But of course, my certificate will help when an employer asks if you've taken lessons.  

After the 8 modules, you'll get an exam/test that tests your understanding of the modules, your writing, reading and listening skills. 

With all packages, you can either pay the full amount right away or you can pay in two installments. The first installments will be paid right away and the second payment will be automatically charged exactly one month from the first payment. After this, there are no additional costs.
